Wetting your whistle...

I know it has been a while since I last posted, so here is a quick pictorial synopsis of what has been happening in the Lockhart household. First off, B bought Q some fish and she loves them! Cohen was here when she got them so the only one with a name is "Co Co". These little guys provide hours of entertainment for not only her, but for all who come over. It is so cute, she tells them good morning and goodnight, and has to tell them goodbye every time we leave the house. Even Harris was loving the fish!
Another of her favorites lately is "Riding the Horsey". Now if you remember from past posts she had another "Riding the Horsey" moment, but this is much more like the real thing. Check out those buck teeth on Q and that tongue on the "horse"!
The tables have turned here, but as you can see Q doesn't mind because her Daddy is so much fun!
So I also have this great video of Q talking, but I'm video stupid and cannot for the life of me get the thing to load on my blog. When I figure it out, I'll put it up, until then know it has her saying her version of bumblebee - "Bumble-me". It's way cute! So if anyone has advice as to how to get the dumb thing loaded, I'd love your help.

Twins...

God bless mothers of twins, I don't have any clue how they do it. For the past week we have had our nephew Cole ("Coler Moler" as Q calls him) staying with us. He and Q and only 3 weeks apart, so it is about as close to having twins as the real thing. Well, they have had a blast, but I have to admit that it is tiresome on me. It seems as if they discuss when to have dirty diapers (they always have them at the same time) and when's the best time to cry. Luckily there has been much more laughter than crying, but during those times of need it can truly test one's patience. And my goodness is Q the little mommy; there are many times during the course of our day when she will put her hand on his back and say "come on Coler, let’s go". Luckily for all involved he is a willing participant and lets Q boss him around. It will be bitter sweet to see him go tomorrow, Q will be beside herself without him, and I will have a lot more entertaining to do, but at least there will be less diapers to change!
