Smiling Eyes

We look forward to the C.W. Thanksgiving feast every year.  The kiddos all dress up and are given an Indian name.  This year P was given quite a fitting name, Smiling Eyes.  Isn't she the cutest ever!

The ladies at school always cook up one amazing feast.  Even Liv got in on the action this year.  She liked the mashed potatoes, but LOVED the jello even more.
She is saying, "MMMMM" after tasting some.
Happy Thanksgiving!

Before I forget...

I have lots of posts that I need to update, but I had to put this before I forget.
Today the girls and I were hanging up Christmas ornaments.  Q came across one that said "Baby's 1st Christmas 1980".  Q read it and asked who's it was.   I told her that it was mine from when I was born.  She  made a gasping sound and said, "You were born back then!".  I said yes, and she put her hand over her mouth and muffled something.  When I asked her what she said she told me, "That means you're a pilgrim".
Nice, a pilgrim...make me feel real old!

It's fall y'all

That means playing in the leaves with our buddies...

Big Girl

This is the first time she has gotten the chance to be in the tub by herself and she is almost 8 months old.  She loved it, but missed being entertained by her sisters.  Look at that belly!!

Getting so big

It seems as if every time I blink my girls are getting bigger.  It makes me sad at times and excited at others.  I say this all of the time, but they are at such great stages right now.  Liv is an excellent sitter-upper.  I can leave her in the room with some toys and find her in the same place when I get back (though she is not a fan of being alone).  She LOVES her sisters and they feel the same.   P have really gotten into entertaining her lately.

B has been taking the big girls out on dates lately.  Their date of choice is going to the mall, eating at the food court, riding the carousel  and shopping wherever they choose.  This past time he took Q this is what she came home with.
YIKES!  They've got him wrapped around their finger.
I have to admit that I am pretty wrapped too, can you blame me?

Halloween 2012

The day began at P's school with a Fall party where all the kids wore their costumes.  Pay is the Captain America with the mask on.
After we got everyone from school all of the girls got in their costumes.
Even O dressed up.  She might be the cutest flower EVER!
 Captain America
 Candy Corn Princess.

Q worked a festival for some AHG service hours at a local church.  It was a lot of fun despite the cold.

Happy Halloween.

Pumpkin Carving 2012

The girls love carving pumpkins and choosing what they want theirs to look like.  I don't know how but I got stuck with a super hard Ariel, but she still turned out pretty good.  Next year B can do both of the big girls and I'll just stick to "helping" Liv.

Drool baby pretty much just looked good throughout the process.
You know it took a long time when a wardrobe change took place before they were done.

Our models are way cuter than the pumpkins.

Annual C.W. Pumpkin Patch

This must be the 5th year or so that we have got to go to the pumpkin patch and hayride at our preschool.  It is the sweetest thing.  It was even sweeter this year because Braden was well enough to get to join us.  For those of you who follow this blog I want you to know that the Lord is hearing our prayers and healing his cancer solely by His power.  The doctors are even amazed at the work that is happening in his body without the use of earthly medicine.  Please keep praying for his total and complete healing because it is working!

Anyway, here are the pictures from the day.
Baby Land General is always our favorite part of the ride.
Liv loved it of course.  It was her first of many C.W. hayrides in her future!

Pay laying claim to her pumpkin.
 Buddies!

 What a motley crew.
It was a beautiful day for a hayride.
