Jack-O-Lantern
Yup, I'm for hire, though it took me all evening and Q went to bed before I was done, I'm still impressed.
Pumpkin Time
We went to Grammy and Pop Pop's house this weekend and went pumpkin picking. Now, this is no Washington Farms, but we did get to take the kids on a hayride and got some good pictures - of the cousins at least, Q didn't really want to participate in the picture taking...see below.

Great babysitting technique! No not really, they did get into the kennel on their own accord.
On another note, P went to the doctor for her one month appointment and she already is dwarfing Q when she was her age... 8 lbs 6 oz, 21 5/8 inches! Yes, to some of you she is still smaller than your babies when they were born, but she is huge to us! Don't worry, Q who is almost 2 1/2 weighs in just under 24 lbs (23 lbs and 15 oz). Oh yea, P is also really smiling, so I will put a picture up of that soon (she usually gives her Daddy the best smiles - go figure).

Week in Pictures
I am trying to be diligent about posting at least once a week, due to the fact I am terrible at keeping up a baby book (I'm sure I've mentioned this before). On that note let me just tell you how AWESOME this new website is I just discovered... blurb.com. It is a website that will take your blog and publish it in a book format... it is AMAZING (way better quality than snapfish and suutterfuly). I just got our book in the mail yesterday for the past 13 months of blogging and it is the best $25 I have ever spent... see we discussed actually printing our blog out from our computer, but this is so much better and prettier. I will try to post the online link for my book, but the internet does not do the actual thing any justice. http://www.blurb.com/books/379722
In other news, Q and P are doing well. I have gotten better at juggling both girls at the same time, and Q has discovered that when she hits her sister it not only gets a rise out of me, but her as well (yes, she is wanting attention, I know). We are also going to take P on her first car ride to Macon this weekend... I'm sure some great stories will follow. Now I know that most people don't actually look at this blog for the text, so on to the good stuff... here are the pictures.
It might be gas, but I'll consider this a smile!
Q's new thing, she can spend hours "reading" her books!
Yeah, I was feeding P when this occurred.
Uncle G getting P to smile.
Getting rady for her 1st real bath.
I hope she's not potting in the bath :)!
The best hand-me-down ever... thanks Jess.

Update
Man, it is not nearly as easy to keep up with blogging when you have two kids to tend to. Things have been going well here, Q loves her little sister, but has definitely gotten a little more bold with how rough she treats her. Yesterday she lost lost of toys and privileges due to the fact she wanted to hit Pay with random things (puzzles, her blanket, etc). I'm sure it's an attention thing, so I will also have to find more time in my day for that as well. Anyway, here are some pictures from the past couple weeks since we brought Pay home. I can't believe that she is already three weeks old... jeez where has the time gone?
After a bath... Q calls it "crazy hair".
B has decided this is the purpose of his belly!

Q with her best buddies!
Check her out, she is riding a bike! Yes, it is pink and does have princesses on it... what can I say!

And finally, how precious is this!
