Mandy's House

A few weeks ago my sister and brother-in-law closed on their new house and it is awesome! The land they have is unbelievable. The kids have loved being able to get out and play in the pastures, climb trees, walk in the creek, and feed the horses. I might be biased, but I think it is some of the prettiest land in Gwinnett.

Playing at the park

About to feed the ducks.
Yup, I let them play in drain tunnels.
They love eachother so much! Classic Pay face.
My monkey can make it across all by herself!

Grandmama's

These pictures are more nostalgic than anything. Last weekend to went to dinner at my grandmothers house and watching the kids play in the backyard brought back so many good memories of my childhood playing in that same yard with my cousins. We always loved playing soccer. Making huge leaf piles. Running And swinging on the swing. I know I could find dozens of pictures of me and my sister sitting on this swing just like Q and Kallie when we were the exact same age. How precious!

Chapstick

I found this on the ground when I walked into Pay's room after nap.
Yes, it's in her hair all over her fingers, her clothes and even on her toes. All she could say was "sorry mom".
She's lucky she's so darn cute.

Outside

Oh, spring how I want you to come NOW! Last week (I think) we actually had decent enough weather to get outside and play. (The same cannot be said about today since there was snow on the ground when we woke up.) I have been trying to figure out how to use my new camera and have decided I am going to have to take a class or get some professional help. I really hope I just need some pointers and it's not the fact that I'm just not good at taking cool pictures. Here is my attempt and if nothing else there are some cute kids in the pics.I love how Q sticks her tongue out to concentrate, just like her Mama. But unlike her Mam she is totally sporting some sparkly, pink, poofy dress to play in the dirt!Serious work. Let's see if these plants grow this spring...Haley's cheering squad! These pictures crack me up. It is amazing what we teach our children. Bell was all about chatting on the phone while she was driving. Not to be undone Pay is turning on the DVD player. Yup, she was saying "triangle button". That is what my kids say when I need to start the DVD in the van because the play button looks like a triangle. In our car it just happens to be located on the ceeling right behind my head. Stellar mom, I know!

You better believe it...

I let my kids dress themselves, and I encourage potty parties.
Not to jinx ourselves, but Pay is on her way to being completely potty trained. She even wore her Dora panties to church yesterday! Way to go Payter!

Birthday Party

A couple weekends ago we went to Dax's birthday party at a small kids museum and it was a ton of fun. Q loved the grocery area. She is so my daughter, getting everything and only what was on her list!
P just wanted a turn pushing the cart. The both enjoyed the stage where you could see yourself on "TV".

P's favorite place was the water table, to say she was drenched after all of her splashing is an understatement.
I love this shot because of Buzzy's face as Pay was getting him wet.
Yikes! Look at that tongue! Q's favorite place was the Veterinarians office. I guess someday she might live up to being Doctor Quinn Medicine Woman!
