Princesses On Ice

For P's birthday we got her tickets to see Princess on Ice (or Princess Ice Age as she puts it) and to say she was excited is an understatement.  Here they are as they are about to go in.

This is the view from our seats, not to shabby if I do say so.
Here are some of our favorites.
 Princess and the Frog.

 Cinderella

Rapunzel
This part was B and my favorite.  We still go around the house singing this song.

The grand finale when all of the princesses came out.
The girls did AWESOME during the whole show.  They sang almost every word to every song, sat incredibly still, did not whine or complain the entire time.  They were pretty much in awe during the 90+ minute show.  I have to admit, B and I were pretty entertained as well.  We will definitely go back next year (even if we will have an infant in tow).

Drivin'

I love it when the girls rediscover a toy they haven't played with in a while.

School has been great in one big way.  They LOVE being with each other since they don't see one another as much during the day.  It is so sweet to watch them play and love on each other.

Horses come to school

For the past two years P has gotten to be a part of this big day thanks to her sister, but this year it was officially P's time.  P was so pumped about getting to feed, brush, and ride the horses that came to visit her school.  It amazes me how much she is growing up.

Puppies

We've got the cutest puppies around :).

One of the best things about the girls new play house from Grammy and Pop Pop is the dog door.  Q has been trying to teach Dakota (our real dog) to use it, but with no luck, so she'll just have to do.

Corn Maze

We love fall weather, especially all of the outside activities that go along with it.  The kids have been looking forward to going back to the corn maze for a while now.  Who wouldn't love it, we played until 10:30 in the huge corn sandbox, petting the animals, getting our faces painted, running over a mile through the maze, posing for pictures, and going on a hayride in the dark.

It amazes me when I look at the pictures from a year ago when we went to this same maze.  Yes, Q still fits in the same sweater and P is now wearing the jeans her sister wore a year ago, but the changes go way beyond that.  We am so proud of how they are growing and learning - they are pretty awesome kids.
