Q and P are taking ballet together this year and it is so sweet.  I love that they get to do these fun things together.  

They even get to dance with two of their softball buddies.  

From cleats to ballet slippers they sure are special girls!

Edisto Island 2015

So I lied when I said I wasn't going to post old pictures.  I had to post pics from our trip this summer to Edisto.  It was our first time going there but so much fun.  We had a great house right across from the beach.  As always the kids had a blast hanging with their cousins.  

On of the favorite things we did was visit this wildlife preserve which was on an old plantation. The beach was full of the most amazing shells, we had to keep mom from trying to steal them.  

Lots of games were played and good food eaten.  B even learned how to make butter poached shrimp!

Sometimes you think things are too far gone to pick them back up. That's how I have felt about this blog every time I look at it.  Well, I'm going to give it another try.  I'm not going backwards with my posts, just starting from today.  I hate that I've missed two years of posts for my kiddos, but they will be just fine.  We have missed looking at your yearly blog books though,  which is why I'm picking this back up.  I'm not promising to be as timely as I once was, just to be better than I have been.  Cross your fingers, here goes nothing.
