Decisions, Decisions

Mullet, rat tail, or spiked... what a predicament! Some of you who know me might be thinking that I am talking about the hairdos I styled in my elementary years (the "Tim" era), sorry to disappoint you I am talking about Q. Luckily there was no such thing as a digital camera during my youth, so I have to resort to plastering photo's of my daughter's hair on the web. We are at a crossroads with Q's hair; it is definitely a mullet (you know business in the front, party in the rear), but we just can't bring ourselves to cutting it. So I am going to post pictures of the recent styles our daughter has sported and am looking to you all in "Internet World" to let us know which one you think is more feminine (because we surly don't want Q to go through the "Tim" era that her mother endured). Here is style #1 a back angle view of the mullet...

Style #2 is the infamous rat tail, similar to the one worn by her mother circa the third grade. This one will require some jell or similar type styling product.

And last, but certainly not least is the spiked look. Please do not send this photo in to any baby site because as you can see Q must sleep with about 50 (exaggeration yes) things in her crib... totally against all new parent rules. Here she is hanging on tightly to "bankee, pacee, and bebe" (blankie, paci, and baby for all of you non parents out there).

To end this blogging session I will show you a picture of Q doing one of her new favorite things. You got it, brushing her teeth. Well, I guess it's not really brushing, mainly chewing and sucking off the flavored toothpaste, but it's a start. Every time we go into the bathroom all she wants to do is brush-a-brush-a-brush-a!

So much to say...

I know you all have been dying because I have not put up new pictures of Quinn lately, what has it been almost two weeks?! Things are great around these parts, we have been going to UGA games, weddings, birthday parties, and all of the other things that compose our lives. Here are a couple of pics from our first tailgating experience of the season. We finally got the Direct TV working 3 hours after we got there, but is was well worth the wait. We had a blast and got to hang out with good friends and family.

BL and I did get to have our first "alone" weekend since Q was born and I have to admit that it was a lot of fun. We went down to Jekyll Island for a beautiful wedding. P.S. we set this couple up 4 years ago and they are now married, are we good or what! So if there are any single people out there looking for someone, we are batting 1,000, contact us! Here is a picture of us from the wedding. I did doubt the outfits (sear sucker pants, white shirt, green tie, blue blazer, and flip flops), but I do have to admit that they looked awesome and Britton can't wait to wear that outfit to another wedding! Here is a pic of the complete outfit and what the bridesmaids were wearing, they look straight out of a Polo catalogue. Also, fellas, the girl walking with B is single and so wonderful! Last, but certainly not least here are some pictures of Q in her finest. She finally got her birthday present from Grammy and Pop Pop and loves it, we are working on teaching her... "Nothin' runs like a Deere" (sorry Uncle Chad).
