Happy Birthday and Bye, Bye Mullet

We had a great weekend celebrating Q's second birthday. She loved all of the presents she received and thoroughly enjoyed being sung Happy Birthday to. All throughout the day she would say, "It's my Happy Borthday"! Too cute. Here are some pics of the party. She has really gotten into opening gifts and concentrates with all her might to get into them. Check out her facial expression.

Then this evening we finally got up the nerve to cut Q's mullet. B has been practicing his haircutting skills (he now cuts both mine and his) so he drew the straw to cut off her scraggly ends. After two Popsicles we completed the task. There is not much difference, but it's all we could muster not knowing how much longer she will keep those blonde locks.




Do you think this little girl loves her Daddy. Yeah, he's off all week, I don't know what we are going to do when he has to go back to work on Monday!
