LIfe is good!
We are all at home now and loving being a family of four. I think BL is really getting used to staying at home, and I am going to miss him terribly come Monday (hey isn't that a Buffet song?), but I think the one who will be hit the hardest is Q. Speaking of Q, she loves her new little sister and is doing a very good job helping us take care of her. She is also very good at giving her plenty of kisses as well. She no longer tells us she loves us (well Daddy still fits into the picture), only that she loves Baby Payton. We have been very blessed with two wonderful little girls and couldn't be happier; God truly knew what he was doing when he gave us the family he did. B doesn't mind being the only male in our house (we even have two female dogs), he now realizes how much more love he gets this way! Here are some pictures from our week. We love you all and can't wait for everyone to meet the newest addition to our family

Payton Ann Lockhart
This is Mandy here for the Lockharts. They are officially a party of four! My sister is the woman and had this baby sans epidural and looked like she hadn't done anything strenuous minutes after having Payton. Mom and baby are doing great. She was 6lbs 13oz, 19 inches long, born at 4:48 pm.

Mom and I are convinced that Payton looks like Kim and not so much like Q. Above is Quinner and below is Payton. Tells us what you think.

Tying up loose ends...
For our last hoorah we took Q to the circus today and I have to admit that it was a lot of fun. They let the kids go down and meet the performers an hour before the show and try on some costumes, which was more than worth the price of admission. When it came time for the actual show she and Harris did really well (I think because Q had a monster $6 bucket of popcorn to eat), there were many times they both were mesmerized by all of the action. Here are some pictures from today as well as some I wanted to share from our latest endeavors.
Other than that it is official that I will be induced at 6 AM on Monday morning to have Payton (middle name still pending). We are very excited and welcome your prayers as we welcome a safe, healthy baby girl to enter our world. I can't wait to see Q's reaction when she meets her for the first time!

Family of 3.9
So, this is probably going to be my last post before we are a family of four, YIKES! I am supposed to be induced sometime early next week and will keep you posted as of the official day. Q got to hang out an Luke and Kallie's school today and ride the horses, she loved it!

Sometimes she even loves her Mama.
For all of you looking for a cheap, crazy gift check this out. For only $1.99 you can buy this awesome microphone at Target and have hours of entertainment. I really think that B likes it more than Q (he asked me if I could buy another on so they could sing at time same time). This is our life!

Fooled Me
It has been a couple months now since we have gotten rid of Q's paci and she doesn't seem to miss it too terribly. It does take her longer to fall asleep and cries for us to rub her back to help her calm down, but it really isn't too bad. For a while I fooled myself into believing that she was staying in bed playing until she fell asleep... well I was a bit mistaken. For a few weeks now I have found her asleep with various different objects that were not in the bed with her when she laid down. I cannot get too mad at her because even though she is getting out of the bed, she is bringing her toys back into bed with her. She does eventually fall asleep, but now I know why it takes her so long. Here are just a few items we have found her with...

It might be hard to tell from this shot, but there is a farmer and play can opener next to her in bed! The best was when I came in to get her and she had her crocks on... at least they were on the right feet!
And finally here is reason number 5,931 why Daddy is way more fun than Mommy (sorry for the poor quality I took it from my phone)!

Is she really mine...
I know in the last blog entry I was sure she was my girl, but when I realize just how much she likes pink, wearing skirts, and dressing up it makes me wonder. Here are some pics to hold you off until my next post; you see naps are getting shorter, school work is piling up, I began bible study this week, and oh yea, I'm about 4 weeks from popping (sorry for the graphic word) #2 out!

All I have to say is regardless of whose she is I love her to death!
